1.2 The term "FERC" shall mean the Federal Energy Regulatory

Commission or any successor regulatory agency or body, including the

Congress, which has the authority to regulate the rates and service of

Transporter.

ARTICLE II

Quantity

2.1 The Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity ("MDTQ") shall be set

forth on Exhibit A attached hereto. The applicable MDTQ shall be the
