13.3 This Agreement contains Exhibits A and B which are incorporated

fully herein.

13.4 THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE

WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.

ARTICLE XIV

Superseding Prior Service Agreements

This Agreement supersedes and cancels the following Service Agreements

between Transporter and Shipper:
