28. STANDARDS OF CONDUCT COMPLIANCE

A. Pursuant to Section 284.286(e) of the Commission's Regulations

under the Natural Gas Act, 18 C.F.R. § 284.286(e), Transporter

indicates that it will comply with the Standards of Conduct

contained in 18 C.F.R. Part 358 of the Commission's Regulations in

the manner described in the Standards of Conduct posting on

Transporter's Internet website.
