2. Temporary Relinquishment:

This Section sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to

temporary relinquishments of eligible capacity either pursuant to

a transaction prearranged by Relinquishing Shipper or pursuant to

the bidding procedures in Section 18.F. In addition to complying

with these provisions, Relinquishing Shipper and Acquiring Shipper

must comply with all other applicable provisions of this Section 18.

Biddability and rollover limitations: Prearranged relinquishments

for 31 days or less are not subject to open season bidding, except

as provided in Section 18.A.1 herein.

In the event the temporary relinquishment does not meet the

non-biddable criteria set forth in Section 18.A herein, then the

subject eligible capacity shall be subject to an open season bidding

and the right to match pursuant to Section 18.F.
