(c) Invoke an Alert Day pursuant to Section 13.D. To the

extent a Shipper is subject to an OFO for a gas day

which is also an Alert Day, the provisions of the OFO

shall override the Alert Day provisions as to the

specific Shipper.

(d) Make Operational Purchases or Sales pursuant to

Section 17.C.5.

(e) Utilize a Deferred Exchange pursuant to Section

17.C.6.

(f) Utilize Pack/Draft Notices pursuant to Section 17.C.7.
