Firm Transportation Service (continued)
Agency's right to receive, nor Transporter's obligation to make
available for delivery, quantities at each Public Agency's primary
delivery points up to the stated MDQ within each Public Agency's
MDTQ.
3. Prior to November 30, 1994, any Public Agencies desiring to
aggregate shall inform Transporter of the following:
i) The identity of, including mailing address, telephone and
telecopier/facsimile numbers for the Joint Action Agency
representative to be responsible for receiving billings and
making payments under the aggregated service agreement.
ii) Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity (MDTQ) to be
aggregated which shall be separately stated for each
service agreement being aggregated, and further stated for
the periods (1) October; (2) November - March; (3) April;
and (4) May - September. MDTQs shall also be set forth by
Division.
iii) The primary delivery point capacity (MDQ) by season for
each service agreement in whole or part to be transferred
to the aggregated service agreement; provided further, that
the combined MDQ for the aggregated portion of the service
agreement and any entitlement remaining on the individual
Public Agency's service agreement shall not exceed the MDQ
existing prior to aggregation.
