5. Transportation

Purchaser, or its agent, shall be responsible for arranging for

transportation of the gas sold and purchased hereunder, from the point

of delivery under this Rate Schedule TSS to the ultimate point of

delivery to purchaser's facilities or a third party facility for

ultimate delivery to purchaser.
