Transporter’s system operations and Shipper’s service entitlements.

5.2 To the extent that any upstream entity involved in handling Shipper’s Gas refuses

in handling Shipper’s Gas refuses or is unable to receive Gas from Transporter,

Transporter shall have the right to reduce deliveries of Gas on behalf of Shipper.
