ARTICLE IV

Notices

4.1 Any formal notice, request, or demand that either party gives to

the other respecting this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be

mailed by registered or certified mail or delivered in hand to the

addresses contained in Section 1 of Exhibit A, or to such other address

as a party shall designate by formal written notice. Routine

communications may be mailed by ordinary mail.

ARTICLE V

Superseded Agreements

5.1 This Service Agreement supersedes and cancels, as of the effective

date hereof, the following Service Agreements: ____________________.
