Replacement Customer, subject to the provisions of: (1) Equitrans' currently

effective FERC Gas Tariff; (2) Equitrans Contract Number ________, between

Equitrans and Releasing Customer; (3) Releasing Customer's Release Notice for

Bidder, as Replacement Customer, agrees to be bound by these provisions,
