Customer may nominate service up to its MDQ on a secondary, capacity-available

basis at any receipt points on the Equitrans system. Service at a secondary

point will be scheduled in accordance with Section 8 of the General Terms and

Conditions of Equitrans' FERC Gas Tariff.
