35. NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY STANDARDS BOARD ("NAESB")

35.1 Equitrans shall comply with the business practices and electronic

communication standards incorporated by reference in Section 284.12(a)

of the Commission's Regulations (18 CFR Section 284.12(a)), as amended

from time to time. In addition to the standards which are reflected in

other provisions of this Tariff, the following Version 1.8 of the NAESB

standards, definitions and data sets are hereby incorporated

by reference:
