19. NON-WAIVER OF FUTURE DEFAULT

No waiver by Equitrans or default of a Customer under any provision

of these General Terms and Conditions shall operate or be construed

as a waiver by Equitrans of any other existing or future default or

defaults, whether of a like or different character, for the same or

any other Customer.
