17. WARRANTY OF TITLE AND INDEMNIFICATION

Customer warrants that it will, at the time of delivery to

Equitrans, have good and merchantable title to all gas so delivered

free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and claims whatsoever and

agrees to indemnify Equitrans and save it harmless from all suits,

actions, debts, accounts, damages, costs, losses, and expenses

arising out of adverse claims of any or all persons to said gas

and/or to royalties, taxes, license fees, or charges thereon which

are applicable to such gas and/or the delivery of such gas to

Equitrans.
