5. EQUALITY OF SERVICES

Equitrans hereby states that the terms and conditions of service for

all unbundled transportation service provided under Equitrans' FERC

Gas Tariff are provided on a basis that is equal in quality for all

gas supplies. All customers can access all sellers of gas and

receive the same quality of service on Equitrans system whether their

gas supplies are purchased from Equitrans or any other seller.

Furthermore, no preference is afforded to any affiliate of Equitrans

for sales and transportation service which Equitrans provides.
