8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans' FERC Gas Tariff are

applicable to this Rate Schedule and are hereby made a part hereof except as

specifically excluded herein. In the event of any conflict between the

provisions of this Rate Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions, the

provisions of this Rate Schedule shall apply.
