115 DAY STORAGE SERVICE (Continued)

(ii) Both the transferee and the transferor of the stored quantity

provide Equitrans with verification of the transfer through

Equitrans' EBB System. The verification will include the

identity of the transferee and the transferor, the Storage

Service Agreements between which the transfer is made, and the

quantity of gas transferred;

(iii) The transfer does not cause any party to be in violation of

any requirement of Rate Schedule 115SS;

(iv) The transfer can be accomplished within the operating

restrictions of Equitrans' storage fields, and does not

require the issuance of an Operational Flow Order either to

move transferred quantities between individual storage fields

or to deliver transferred quantities to the transferee; and

(v) The transferee has existing arrangements for the

transportation of storage quantities to and from storage on

the Equitrans system.

(b) Based on the verification received, Equitrans will determine the

revised ratcheting and cycling requirement for the transferor and

transferee, as appropriate, and will post acknowledgement of the

transfer on Equitrans' EBB System within one (1) business day after

receiving verification in accordance with Section 8 of this Rate

Schedule. Transferor and transferee may nominate injections and

withdrawals thereafter in accordance with Section 8 of the General

Terms and Conditions of Equitrans'FERC Gas Tariff.

9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans' FERC Gas Tariff are

applicable to this Rate Schedule where not inconsistent with the

provisions contained herein.
