4. MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL

None.

5. SCHEDULED OVERRUN TRANSPORTATION

Upon request of Customer, Equitrans, at its reasonable discretion, may

receive, transport and deliver natural gas in excess of Customer's maximum

daily transportation quantity specified in the executed Transportation

Service Agreement. Charges for any such excess quantity transportation

shall be in accordance with Section 3 of this Rate Schedule; provided,

however, the transportation charge for transportation of excess gas shall

be the Maximum Rate set forth in this Rate Schedule.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Except as otherwise expressly indicated in this Rate Schedule or by the

executed Transportation Service Agreement, all of the General Terms and

Conditions contained in this Tariff, including (from and after their

effective date) any future modifications, additions or deletions to said

General Terms and Conditions, are applicable to transportation service

rendered under this Rate Schedule and, by this reference, are made a part

hereof.
