APPLICABLE TO INTERRUPTIBLE TRANSPORTATION

SERVICE UNDER RATE SCHEDULE T-1

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this day

of , by and between EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY, a Delaware

corporation, hereinafter referred to as "El Paso," and

WHEREAS, El Paso owns and operates a natural gas transmission
