30. ASSIGNMENT OF FIRM CAPACITY ON UPSTREAM PIPELINES (Continued)

30.8 Reporting Requirements - El Paso and any Shipper accepting

assignment of capacity obtained from El Paso pursuant to this

Section 30 shall file with the Commission the following

information:

(1) the name, address, and telephone number of the assignee;

(2) the corporate affiliation between the assignor and the

assignee, if any; and

(3) a description of the specific rights assigned, including

term, receipt and delivery points, and volume.
