28.25 Acquired Capacity Agreement (Continued)
responsible for exercising such recall, in accordance with
the provisions of Section 28.19 of El Paso's Volume No. 1-A
Tariff.
(The foregoing paragraph shall be applicable to Acquiring
Shipper(s) who acquire firm recallable capacity.)
4. For capacity acquired hereunder, Acquiring Shipper shall pay
El Paso each month the charges set forth below:_____________

5. This Agreement shall become effective on ____________ and
continue in full force and effect through ___________ unless
terminated pursuant to Section 28.18 of El Paso's Volume No.
1-A Tariff.
6. Other terms:
As specified in the Notice posted pursuant to Sections 28.4
or 28.5 of El Paso's Volume No. 1-A Tariff.
7. Any formal notice, request or demand that either party gives
to the other respecting this Agreement, shall be in writing
and shall be mailed by registered or certified mail or
delivered by hand to the following address of the other
party:

Acquiring Shipper:
Notices regarding recall rights shall also be delivered by
telephone, facsimile, or El Paso's electronic system.
8. Acquiring Shipper hereby certifies that it has title or the
right to ship the gas delivered to El Paso for
transportation and has entered into or will enter into
arrangements necessary to assure all upstream and downstream
transportation will be in place prior to commencement of
service.
