(j) Whether the service requested is firm or interruptible;

(k) The state of the ultimate end user of the gas;

(l) The identity of the transportation rate schedules and the

transportation rates applicable for such service;

(m) Whether any of the gas being transported is subject to

take-or-pay relief and, if so, how much;

(n) Whether and by how much the cost of the gas to the

affiliated marketer exceeds the price received for the

sale of the gas by the affiliated marketer, after

deducting associated costs, including those incurred for

transportation; i.e., whether the gas is being sold at a

loss;

(o) Current status of the request, including whether the

request is:

(i) Incomplete,

(ii) Complete and awaiting service,

(iii) Complete, a contract signed, and awaiting

commencement of service,

(iv) Complete, service has begun and the Commission

docket number assigned to the transaction,

(v) Withdrawn, or

(vi) Denied and the reason why;

(p) The position of the request in the transportation request

queue;
