22. TAKE-OR-PAY BUYOUT AND BUYDOWN COST RECOVERY

The provisions for this Section 22 are contained in Section 21 of

the General Terms and Conditions of El Paso's Volume No. 1 Tariff

and are incorporated herein by reference with respect to those

provisions applicable to the Throughput Surcharge. Such Throughput

Surcharge is applicable to all Shippers subject to El Paso's

mainline transportation rates and/or Rate Schedules contained in

this Volume No. 1-A Tariff.
