(g) Rate Application for Flexible Point(s) or Re-designations

(Continued)

(iv) When a firm transportation Shipper re-designates a Delivery

Point, Shipper shall pay the higher of the maximum Reservation

Rate applicable to the original (vacated) primary delivery

point or the maximum rate applicable to the delivery zone for

which service is provided, unless Transporter agrees to

discount such rate(s).

(h) Abandonment of Transportation Service - Unless otherwise provided

in the applicable TSA and subject to Section 4.14 below,

Transporter shall be entitled to avail itself of the pregranted

abandonment authority under Section 7(b) of the Natural Gas Act of

long-term (twelve (12) Months or more) firm transportation

services, as authorized by Section 284.221(d) of the Commission's

Regulations, upon the expiration of the contractual term or upon

termination of each individual transportation arrangement and shall

seek offers from competing Shippers interested in receiving such

firm transportation service, as provided below.
