6.2 Capacity Allocation Procedure (Continued)

(a) Firm Allocation (Continued)

(v) If, on flow day, an interruption of service occurs

which requires a reallocation of previously scheduled

capacity, Transporter shall allocate pursuant to this

Section 6.2, but shall treat categories (a)(ii) and

(a)(iii) above equally for allocation purposes.

Interruptions of service under this Section 6.2(a)(v)

shall not include any such interruptions that may

result from intra-day scheduling pursuant to Section

6.1 of the GT&C.
