6.1 Scheduling of Receipts and Deliveries (Continued)

(vi) The Late Day Nomination Cycle 6: 1:00 a.m. for receipt
of nominations and completed confirmations from
upstream and downstream connected parties by the
Transporter; 2:00 a.m. for Transporter to provide
scheduled quantities to affected shippers and point
operators (central clock time on the Gas Day).
Scheduled quantities resulting from this cycle should
be effective at 3:00 a.m. on Gas Day. Bumping is not
allowed during this cycle.
(vii) The Late Day Nomination Cycle 7: 3:00 a.m. for receipt
of nominations and completed confirmations from
upstream and downstream connected parties by the
Transporter; 4:00 a.m. for Transporter to provide
scheduled quantities to affected shippers and point
operators (central clock time on the Gas Day).
Scheduled quantities resulting from this cycle should
be effective at 5:00 a.m. on Gas Day. Bumping is not
allowed during this cycle.
(viii) For purposes of Sections 6.1(a)(ii), (iii), (iv), (v),
(vi) and (vii) of the GT&C, "provide" shall mean, for
transmittals pursuant to Standards 1.4.x, receipt at
the designated site, and for purposes of other forms of
transmittal, it shall mean send or post.
(ix) The Timely Nomination/Intraday Nomination Model of
NAESB Standard 1.3.2(vi), as modified for the extension
of the nomination periods for an additional fifteen
minutes, is incorporated by reference. The Timely
Nomination/Intraday Nomination Model is also modified
for the Late Day Nomination Cycles 5, 6 and 7.
