4.4 Pooling (Continued)

(i) there will be no account-to-account transfers in

the same layer of pools;

(ii) there will be no transfers from a downstream

account to an upstream account; and

(iii) gas may not be transferred from a downstream

Transportation Service Agreement into a pooling

account.
