(e) In addition, Transporter agrees to accept, on a grandfathered

basis, gas that does not conform to the sulfur specifications

set forth in Section 3.1(c) of the GT&C for Natural Gas

received at the tailgate of the Terrell Plant, based on the

actual monthly highest non-conforming concentrations during the

twelve (12) Month base period ending July 31, 1990. The sulfur

specification Transporter shall accept for Natural Gas at

volumes up to the residue volume at plant design capacity

received at the tailgate of the plant is identified below.
