7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Except as otherwise expressly indicated in this Rate Schedule or by

the FDBS TSA, all of the GT&C contained in this Tariff, including (from

and after their effective date) any future modifications, additions or

deletions to said GT&C, are applicable to the service rendered under this

Rate Schedule and, by this reference, are made a part hereof. In

particular, but without limitation, the scheduling provisions of Section

6, the operating provisions for firm transportation service of Section

8.1, the requests for services of Section 4, the Fuel provisions of

Section 13, Critical Condition procedures of Section 11.1, and reservation

charge credit provisions of Section 16 are applicable to this Rate

Schedule.
