(ii) Transporter will provide a minimum pressure commitment
ranging between 400 to 550 p.s.i.g. at Shipper's meters
listed in the TSA, unless Shipper agrees to a lower
minimum pressure. Pressure obligations at any meter
included in a D-Code will be specified in either the
Operator agreement or TSA covering that D-Code.
(c) Sixteen Hour Peaking Service "FTH-16." Subject to the
limitation that gas quantities taken at a Delivery Point may
not exceed the daily scheduled quantity at such point, on any
Gas Day, Shipper may take gas quantities at such point at a
rate equivalent to:
(i) up to an average of 150% of 1/24th of the daily scheduled
quantity at such point in any hour for up to any sixteen
hours in a Gas Day; however, no one hour in the Gas Day
may exceed 150% of 1/24th of the daily scheduled
quantity. Hourly quantities in excess of an average of
150% of 1/24th of the daily scheduled quantity at a
primary Delivery Point in any hour during the Gas Day
will be Hourly Scheduling Penalty Quantities pursuant to
Section 14.1 of the GT&C.
