6. Termination of SDO to Balancing Party - Nothing herein shall

prevent TPP from electing to terminate Balancing Party's use of

the TPP to provide SDO as contemplated in this TPP Amendment,

provided that TPP provide Transporter with one day's prior

notice of such election.
