5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.1 Aggregator shall provide Transporter with such information

as is needed to meet the requirements placed on Transporter

by regulation, rule, and/or order by any duly authorized

agency. Furthermore, any terms or conditions not specified

in this Rate Schedule shall be determined consistent with

the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas

Tariff, which are incorporated into this Rate Schedule.

5.2 In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this

Rate Schedule and Transporter's General Terms and

Conditions, the provisions of Transporter's General Terms

and Conditions shall govern.

6. OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY

Nothing in this Rate Schedule shall limit Transporter's right to

take action as may be required to adjust receipts and deliveries

of Scheduled Quantities of gas in order to alleviate conditions

which threaten the integrity of its system, or the ability of

Transporter to transport quantities scheduled by any Shipper.
