RATE SCHEDULE FT-GS

FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

(a) be dated; and

(b) show the correct name and address of the Qualified End-user

to whom Shipper will ultimately deliver the gas transported

under the IT agreement; and

(c) show the location of the proposed point of delivery of

natural gas by the FT-GS Shipper to the Qualified End-user;

and

(d) show the FT-GS Shipper's best estimate of maximum and

minimum daily and hourly transportation quantities that will

be delivered to the FT-GS Shipper's Delivery Point pursuant

to an IT Agreement for re-delivery to the Qualified End-

user; and
