(d) Accounting for Costs and Revenues: Gulf Crossing shall

maintain separate and identifiable accounts for volumes

transported, billing determinants, rate components,

surcharges and revenues associated with its negotiated rates

in sufficient detail so that they can be identified in

Statements G, I, and J in any future section 4 or 5 rate

case.
