7.4 Customer shall deliver Gas or cause Gas to be delivered to Gulf

Crossing at a pressure sufficient to allow Gas to enter Gulf

Crossing's system as pressures may vary from time to time, but

Customer shall not be required to deliver Gas in excess of the

maximum specified pressure. Gulf Crossing shall not be required

to provide compression to receive Gas into its system, to lower

its system operating pressure, to alter the direction of Gas

flow, the Gas load, the operation of the system, or otherwise

change its normal operations in order to receive, transport, or

deliver gas. At each receipt point, Customer shall provide

unless otherwise agreed to in writing, or cause to be provided,

equipment acceptable to Gulf Crossing which will prevent the

over-pressuring of Gulf Crossing's system.

7.5 Gulf Crossing shall deliver Gas at each delivery point to or for

the account of Customer at such flowing pressure(s) as may exist

on Gulf Crossing from time to time. Deliveries of Gas to a

Customer shall be at an Uniform Hourly Rate of Flow.
