REGULATION

This Agreement shall be subject to all applicable and lawful governmental

statutes, orders, rules and regulations.

ARTICLE V

TERM

remain in force and effect for the economic life of the Committed Lease(s)

unless terminated sooner pursuant to other applicable provisions of this

Agreement.
