1 No Delivery Period shall be shorter than 3 consecutive months.

2 Company shall not be obligated to accept gas from Shipper at pressures in

excess of 1350 p.s.i.g. at the Main Pass 260 platform, and Company shall limit

system pressure on the Main Pass 260 platform to 1350 p.s.i.g. if necessary to

receive Shipper's gas.
