To receive access to interactive components of Company's

Internet Web Site, a party must execute and comply with the

terms of the Interactive Internet Website Agreement set

forth in Appendix D to these General Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPER shall be responsible for providing all computer

equipment necessary to interface with Company's Interactive

Internet Website.
