Point by executing a revised Exhibit B to SHIPPER's

Service Agreement under Rate Schedules FT-1 or FT-2;

provided, however, that any change to an Exhibit B to a

Service Agreement for transportation service under Rate

Schedules FT-1 and FT-2 must include corresponding

changes to the existing MDDQ such that the sum of the

MDDQs equals the TD.
