4. MEASUREMENT

4.1 Unit of Volume

The unit of volume shall be a cubic foot (CF).

Whenever used in this tariff, the term cubic foot of

gas shall mean the quantity of gas contained in one

cubic foot of space when the gas is at a base pressure

of 14.73 pounds per square inch absolute and a base

temperature of 60§ F on a dry basis. For all purposes

of this tariff, the term Mcf shall mean one thousand

(1,000) cubic feet and the term MMcf shall mean one

million (1,000,000) cubic feet.

4.2 Measurement of Volume

Gas received by COMPANY from SHIPPER shall be measured

at the point of receipt (or such other point of

measurement as provided for in a service agreement

between SHIPPER and COMPANY) by primary measurement

devices, the choice of which shall be determined by

COMPANY in its sole discretion, which shall be

exercised in accordance with gas industry standards, to

be installed, operated and maintained by COMPANY or

COMPANY's designee.
