(d)SHIPPER shall have the right, at any time and from time to

time, to permanently change , in whole or in part, the TD under its

transportation Service Agreement, for any Delivery Period(s) set

forth on Exhibit A thereto, on six (6) months prior written notice

to COMPANY; provided that any increase in Transportation Demand shall be

subject to availability of firm capacity on COMPANY's system; provided further

that such change shall be made effective for an entire Delivery Period and

only at the beginning of a Delivery Period that commences subsequent to

the six-month notice period.

(e)Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if at any

time a federal lessor elects pursuant to its lease with SHIPPER to

take-in-kind its royalty share of gas produced from the Exhibit A

Leases, SHIPPER's Transportation Demand quantity shall be reduced

upon thirty (30) days prior written notice by SHIPPER, to a level

that reflects SHIPPER's working interest share of such gas, net of

such royalty gas. Thereafter, whenever the United States elects

not to take-in-kind its royalty share of gas, SHIPPER's

Transportation Demand quantity shall be increased, upon thirty

(30) days prior written notice by SHIPPER, to a level that

reflects SHIPPER's full working interest share of such gas,

subject to available capacity.
