20. REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES/EXPANDED CAPACITY

20.1 Shipper may request, by use of the Service Request Form,

the addition of facilities to (or connecting to), or

expansion of, Transporter's MP Facility or Transporter's DI

Facility to allow the requesting Shipper to deliver/receive

specified gas quantities under an existing or new

Transportation Service Agreement.

20.2 Transporter shall determine the following information in

response to the above request:

(a) the estimated cost of constructing and installing

the requested additional facilities or modifying

existing facilities ("New Facilities Cost") and an

estimated time to accomplish such; and,

(b) assess the impact of the requested additional

facilities or modified existing facilities on

Transporter's ability to operate its system and

continue to provide service pursuant to then

existing Transportation Service Agreements.

20.3 If Transporter's assessment of the impact to its system is

not negative, then based on the New Facilities Cost, if the

requesting Shipper continues to desire to have the

additional facilities added to Transporter's MP Facility or

Transporter's DI Facility or existing facilities modified,

the requesting Shipper and Transporter shall then execute

the documents required to implement the requested service

- new or amended Transportation Service Agreement, amended

Exhibit "A", etc.

20.4 The provisions of this Section 20 shall not apply to the

expansion of Transporter's MP Facility or Transporter's DI

Facility which would require Transporter to obtain

additional authority from the Commission.

20.5 Transporter shall submit an invoice to the requesting

Shipper in the amount of the estimated New Facilities Cost.

Shipper shall make payment to Transporter pursuant to the

provisions of Section 14.2 of these General Terms and

Conditions.

20.6 Transporter shall commence to construct and install the

requested additional facilities or modify existing

facilities upon receipt of the payment pursuant to Section

20.5.
