15.4 Notices:

Transporter will post to its EBB its intention to place an

OFO into effect and notify the affected Shipper(s) at least

24 hours prior to the implementation of the OFO; provided,

however, that a shorter notice period may be given where

action must be taken to protect the integrity of

Transporter's Facility. Such notice and posting to the

affected parties of an OFO, critical periods, and/or

critical notices shall describe the conditions and the

specific responses required from the affected parties.

Where an OFO is made effective on less than 24 hours

gas quantities at either Receipt Points or Delivery

Points in support of Shippers' actions pursuant to

the OFO and to mitigate the adverse effects on

Transporter's Facility.

(b) Transporter may issue, on a nondiscriminatory basis,

such other reasonable OFO as may be required for the

purposes set forth in Section 15.1 herein.

(c) Compliance with an OFO and the other terms and

conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff is
