(al) The term "Transporter's Facility" shall mean Transporter's

MP Facility and Transporter's DI Facility.

(am) The term "Transporter's MP Facility" shall mean

Transporter's Main Pass transmission system extending from

a platform in Main Pass Block 225, offshore Louisiana, to

(i) points onshore in Mobile County, Alabama, utilizing

Transporter's DI Facility, and (ii) an interconnection with

Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation in Main Pass Block

164, offshore Louisiana; it shall also include any

transmission laterals connected thereto owned by

Transporter.

(an) The term "year" shall mean a period of 365 consecutive

days; provided, however, that any year which contains a

date of February 29 shall consist of 366 consecutive days.
