Minimum Rates shall be increased to include any applicable surcharges,

including Annual Charge Adjustment ("ACA"). Gas Research Institute

("GRI") does not currently apply to any Shippers on DIGP. Recovery of

the ACA charge is being suspended pursuant to the last sentence of

18CFR 154.402(a).
