This Addendum, entered into pursuant to Transporter's capacity release program and the executed

Temporary Release of Firm Transportation Capacity Service Agreement between Transporter and the

Acquiring Shipper, is made a part of and subject to the aforementioned Temporary Release of Firm

Transportation Capacity Service Agreement.
