NOTICES

3.1 Notices hereunder shall be given pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of

Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff to the respective Party at the applicable address,

telephone number or facsimile machine numbers as the Parties shall respectively

hereafter designate in writing from time to time:

Acquiring Shipper shall provide Transporter in writing prior to the initiation of service

under this Agreement the names of three persons authorized by Acquiring Shipper to

conduct daily operations under this Agreement in priority order of contact with

appropriate telephone and facsimile numbers. Acquiring Shipper shall amend this listing

in writing when there is any change of authorized persons.

ARTICLE IV

TERM

4.1 Subject to the provisions hereof, this Agreement shall become effective _____________,
