23. COMPLAINTS

Transporter shall respond to any complaints which Shipper or a potential Shipper (as defined in

Section 161.2 of the Commission's Regulations) has regarding transportation service on

Transporter's MP Facility or Transporter's DI Facility within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt

by Transporter. If such complaint is not resolved within thirty (30) days after Transporter's

receipt of the complaint, Transporter shall respond in writing to the complaining party prior to the

expiration of said thirty (30) day period.
