12.4 Prior Period Adjustments:
Any allocation data or corrections received by Transporter after it has closed the previous
month of flow shall be handled as a prior period adjustment. Transporter shall process
late allocation data or corrections of allocation errors as soon as practicable. No
imbalance penalty shall be imposed when a prior period adjustment applied to the current
period causes or increases a current month penalty. The time limitations for disputes of
allocations shall be 6 months from the date of the initial month-end allocation with a 3
month rebuttal period. This standard shall not apply in the case of deliberate omission or
misrepresentation or mutual mistake of fact. Parties' other statutory or contractual rights
shall not otherwise be diminished by this standard.
12.5 Allocation of Liquid Hydrocarbons
Liquid hydrocarbons shall be allocated among those entitled to it using a uniform and
non-discriminatory procedure based on gas chromatographic or other mutually agreeable
analyses of natural gas.
