2. QUALITY

The quality specifications herein shall apply to all gas delivered to Transporter by Shipper under

all Rate Schedules.

2.1 Specifications for Transporter's MP Facility:

All gas delivered or caused to be delivered by Shipper to Transporter at the Receipt

Point(s) on Transporter's MP Facility shall conform to the following quality

specifications, any of which may be waived by Transporter in its discretion on a

nondiscriminatory basis:

(a) Oxygen. The gas shall not contain more than two-tenths of one percent (0.2%)

by volume of oxygen, and Shipper shall make every reasonable effort to keep

the gas free of oxygen.

(b) Liquids and Water Vapor. The gas shall be free of water and hydrocarbons in

liquid form at the temperature and pressure at which the gas is received at the

Receipt Point(s), and shall not contain in excess of seven (7) pounds of water

vapor per million cubic feet.

(c) Hydrogen Sulfide. The gas shall not contain more than 0.25 of a grain of

hydrogen sulfide per hundred cubic feet.

(d) Temperature. The gas shall have a temperature of not more than one hundred

twenty degrees (120) Fahrenheit and not less than forty (40) degrees Fahrenheit.

(e) Sulfur. The gas shall not contain more than five (5) grains of total sulfur per

hundred cubic feet.

(f) Carbon Dioxide. The gas shall not contain more than one and one-half percent

(1«%) by volume of carbon dioxide.

(g) Nitrogen. The gas shall not contain more than two percent (2%) by volume of

nitrogen.

(h) Non-Hydrocarbon Gases. The gas shall not contain more than four percent (4%)

by volume of non-hydrocarbon gases, including the above listed non-

hydrocarbon gases.
